1. About Niffsee

Niffsee Digital Design Services is a registered sole proprietorship based in Taguig, Philippines. Niffsee offers custom NFC-enabled physical products and Niffsee-hosted digital profiles or link pages. The website at https://www.niffsee.com provides information and an inquiry channel.

2. Inquiries and order acceptance

An inquiry or quotation request does not create a binding order. An order is accepted only after Niffsee confirms the product/service, specifications, price, applicable delivery charges, payment terms, and other material details in writing. We may decline an inquiry where a request is unlawful, technically infeasible, unsafe, or outside our offerings.

3. Pricing and payment

Prices displayed on the website are indicative and may be subject to change until confirmed for an order. Shipping/delivery is charged separately unless expressly stated otherwise. Payment methods may include banks, digital wallets, payment services, and pera-padala/remittance services. Use only payment instructions confirmed by Niffsee through its official contact channels. Do not disclose your PIN, password, or one-time code to us.

4. Custom designs and customer materials

You are responsible for checking and approving design proofs, names, spelling, URLs, and specifications before production. You confirm that you own or have permission to use any logo, image, text, or other material you provide. You must not submit content that infringes another person’s rights, is unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or exposes personal information without proper authority. Niffsee may refuse or request changes to such material.

5. NFC functionality and compatibility

NFC operation depends on the tag, device, settings, operating system, and user interaction. Not every phone or configuration behaves identically. Visitors generally do not need a dedicated Niffsee app to open a compatible web link, but NFC settings, device compatibility, connectivity, and third-party services may affect the experience. QR or other fallback functionality is included only when specified for the order.

6. Digital profiles, customer links, and changes

Where included, Niffsee-hosted profiles may display content or links supplied or approved by you. You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of that content and for having authority to publish personal information. You may request edits, deactivation, or deletion by emailing [email protected]; we may verify your identity or authority first. Processing time may depend on the request and technical systems. Limited records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and planned features

Products, plans, analytics, and other features marked “Coming Soon” are not currently available unless separately confirmed in writing. Analytics or tap-count features are not promised as active merely because they appear as planned. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, subject to confirmed orders and applicable law.

8. Intellectual property

Niffsee’s site design, branding, and original materials belong to Niffsee or its licensors, except customer-provided materials and third-party content. You may not copy, redistribute, or commercially use Niffsee materials without permission. Any license or ownership arrangement for a commissioned design should be expressly confirmed in writing.

The site may link to social networks, payment providers, delivery services, or other third-party sites. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices. Niffsee does not control their availability or content.

10. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Requests are reviewed individually under our Refund & Return Policy and applicable law. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
